Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop in France within 48 working hours from payment confirmation.
⚠️ Note: The 48-hour working day period applies to standard in-stock orders. For large volume orders or orders with multiple references, an additional preparation period may be necessary. In this case, PROJO PRO will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to confirm the exact shipping time.
Delivery Zones
Delivery is provided in metropolitan France. For any delivery request to French overseas departments and territories or another European country, please contact us before placing your order.
Reception & Professional After-Sales Service
Any claim related to a damaged package, an order error, or a missing product must be reported within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by supporting photos. After this period, no claims will be processed.
